There are many hard questions in a job interview, but you can nail at least one of them. I’m Brian Banmiller on Business.

It’s common to be asked “Why should we hire you?” when interviewing for a job. For many, it’s hard to answer, because you have to sell yourself. But according to HR experts it can be the easiest of all. To help you out, Forbes and a former HR Executive put together a list of the five best ways to respond. For example, you could tell them what you understand about the job and why it would be a good fit. If it’s a fast-paced job, tell them you like to stay busy and wear lots of different hats. Then confirm that your assessment of the position is the right one. Or throw them off balance by saying you have a hard time answering the question because you haven’t met the other candidates. Finish by confirming your excitement for the position. For more tips plus the worst way to answer the question go to BanmillerOnBusiness.com. Just don’t seem too rehearsed.
