Writing a good resume can be tricky. You want to keep it short but you want to make sure you include enough information to warrant a phone call. So how do you put yourself on the top of the pile? First, make sure that any skill you list is one that you actually possess. And then where do you go from there? According to FastCompany.com there are top hard skills and soft skills that you want to make sure to include. Hard skills are specific to a particular job and can be measured. Soft skills are personal or creative that either come naturally or can be strengthened over time. One example of soft skills to include are problem solving skills. No matter the job, eventually something will go wrong and your employer should be confident in your ability to fix it.
