Life is stressful. Your job doesn’t have to be.

For most people, their job serves up a healthy dose of stress. From meetings to deadlines to speeches, there are lots of things to add pressure. But that doesn’t have to be the case.

To calm you down, MSN Money found 33 high-paying jobs that offer a relaxing environment. The data came from the Department of Labor and Bureau of Labor Statistics, and the jobs on the list pay more than $75,000 a year.

The jobs were also ranked against the Department’s stress tolerance scale, where zero is stress-free and 100 is the exact opposite.

For example, an optometrist. The stress tolerance is 70 and the salary is around $120,000. Or a technical writer, someone who writes equipment manuals and operating instructions. The salary is about $76,000 and the stress tolerance is 69. For more jobs that can pay the bills without adding tensions to your life, go to msn.com.

Making more with less stress sure sounds good.
