Want to start a business? This could be your year.

2020 was not the year to do much of anything, including going outside. Many small businesses closed, leaving millions of workers desperately looking for a new opportunity.

And if you’re thinking of going into business for yourself, experts say this is the year to do it. The economy is fertile ground for entrepreneurs, interest rates are low and millions are looking for work.

But according to Fast Company, there are three trends to keep an eye on if you want to start something new in the new year. For example, the rise of at-home health products and remote wellness.

The pandemic showed people that many of the ways we take care of ourselves can be done at home. That includes everything from grocery shopping to working out. And the numbers show it. Sales of dumbbells and weight plates increased around 1500%. At home grocery delivery went from 3-4% to 15%.
