The great resignation is underway, but that doesn’t mean you should be burning bridges. I’m Brian Banmiller on Business.
Whether you have a new job, hate your job or looking to find yourself, there will likely come a time when you need to resign from your current role. But you might need a reference from your current boss or coworker. Later in life, you might need them to help secure a new job. Whatever the case it’s never a good idea to leave your job on a bad note. So, to help you exit gracefully TheLadders.com has some tips. First, be sure you want to leave. Regardless of the reason for walking you should be 100% certain it’s the right choice. Once you hand in your resignation, it can be very hard and awkward to reverse the process.
