A lot of things have changed over the past year, including personalities. I’m Brian Banmiller on Business.

According to the magazine Fast Money there are four distinct groups of workers who have come out of the pandemic. And these new categories could determine the type of space and technology your company uses going forward. For example, there’s the traditional office worker, ready to get back to the office and won’t be interested in working from home. They will take some extra effort to recognize and understand that not everyone will feel the same way they do. Then there’s the experience lover. This is someone who will want to spend three days in the office with the option to work outside the office as well. And that doesn’t mean at home. They might be open to traveling for work and taking advantage of other opportunities. The wellness addict is someone who embraces remote work and shorter commutes and wants more days at home. And finally, the free spirit. The employee who wants to work remotely full time without a regular schedule. Now you just have to figure out who’s who. Brian Banmiller, CBS News.
