Miscommunication

Communication is key to any good relationship, but only if you can pull it off.

The best team in the world will fall apart if it doesn’t know how to communicate. And failure to do so can hurt relationships. And in business, the bottom line. So how do you know you’re getting your point across?

According to Forbes, there are common miscommunications easy to fix. For example, how you phrase things. If you can’t lay out your message, it will lead to questions, the need for clarification and eventually arguments that waste everyone’s time.

So, make sure your writing is clear and concise. Read it out loud to yourself or to a friend before you hit send. And since most of us are communicating through email, it would help to brush up on your grammar.

Next, a lot of people are working from home, from the other side of the country or even around the world. So, consider the time zone and set group core hours.
