And even though you might not currently be supervising people, prospective employees want an idea of how you would act if given the opportunity. So what are some of the more common styles? It encourages change and pushes people out of their comfort zone. Just don’t push people too much, because that can lead to burn out. Or visionary management, sharing your vision with the team and trusting them to execute it without much interference.
