Now that we have come to terms with living with covid, companies are trying to figure out their next steps. In some cases that means people are heading back to the office, but in other situations, businesses are allowing people to set up hybrid work. Under these arrangements, you split your time between working from home and from the office. If you have kids or pets, working at the office means someone needs to take care of them. And while it can be hard to juggle it all, being home a few days a week can really save money.
