It turns out there is a magic hour when you should go to bed to get your best sleep. I’m Brian Banmiller on Business.

A solid eight hours of sleep, for most of us the idea is a dream in itself. But besides leaving you charged up and ready to face the next day, a good night’s sleep has a lot of health benefits. But here’s something you might not know. The time you hit the sack could actually have something to do with as well. According to a recent study of 88,000 people by a group of UK researchers, going to bed between 10 and 11pm reduced their chances of stroke, heart attack or another heart-related issue. According to Inc.com the study also found that people who went to bed after midnight each day had a 25% higher chance of developing heart issues. Between 11 and midnight, a 12% higher chance and before 10pm a 24% higher chance. Researchers say going to bed either too late or too early could interfere with the body’s circadian rhythm. Looks like we all have bedtime again. Brian Banmiller, CBS News.
