So why not turn any potential negatives into a positive? To help you out, the job resource site Ladders.com has put a spin on some of the most common weaknesses people cite in interviews.
For example: Time management. Many people find it challenging to complete their to-do list within the eight-hour work day. But when you tell your potential employer that, make sure to follow up with what you’re doing to improve things.
