If you want your company to be the best, you need to hire the best. I’m Brian Banmiller on Business.

Companies are trying to hire back workers and job candidates can afford to be picky to find the best fit. This means the shoe is on the other foot when in the job interview. Because while bosses want to see if the applicant would be a good addition, applicants are trying to figure out if they want to spend their time at that company. So, managers need to be prepared to answer applicants’ questions as well as ask their own. According to Inc.com there are questions good candidates will answer. To impress bosses, Inc.com came up with the best answers. For example, if the job candidate asks, what do you expect me to accomplish in the first 60 days? Explain the goals, milestones and timelines in detail. Great candidates will be excited by the challenge, any one not up to the task will be scared off.
