The holidays bring in a lot of money for stores, as people hit big sales and pile presents under the tree. And with so many customers coming through the door, businesses need extra workers. So if you’re in the market for a seasonal job, polish off your resume because here’s who’s already hiring.
Amazon, the number one stop for most shoppers is looking to add thousands to its holiday workforce and pays fifteen dollars per hour.
Gap is also hiring, even though it’s splitting from Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic and its other stores are looking for help.
The department store Kohl’s wants to bring in five thousand new employees in the next few days, to add to its total of ninety thousand seasonal workers.
Michaels is looking to fill fifteen thousand positions and is also offering anyone on the team a thirty percent store discount.
And finally, the mother of every holiday season, Target is hiring. And who wouldn’t love that store discount.
