One of the toughest questions to answer in a job interview is what are your biggest weaknesses? No one wants to admit they have flaws and no one wants to say something that will cost them a paycheck.

So why not turn any potential negatives into a positive? To help you out, the job resource site Ladders.com has put a spin on some of the most common weaknesses people cite in interviews.

For example: Time management. Many people find it challenging to complete their to-do list within the eight-hour work day. But when you tell your potential employer that, make sure to follow up with what you’re doing to improve things. Such as pinpointing the most important tasks and doing those first or keeping your workplace organized.
