30% of Jobs To Robots By 2030: These Jobs at Most At Risk

[xyz-ips snippet=”post-thumb-url”]Feel like technology is everywhere? Keep watching.

There is a lot of speculation that robots will start replacing humans in the workforce and it turns out that might be correct. According to the McKinsey Global Institute, robots could take away thirty percent of the jobs workers do right now by 2030.

Another study by Oxford University says that in the next twenty years almost fifty percent of U.S. workers will see their jobs go automated. So which industries are most at risk?

According to MSN Money, long-haul truck drivers are making the list. Companies are now testing self-driving trucks to make the long trips, expecting them to travel longer and further than people can. And on that same note taxi, ride-sharing and delivery drivers could meet the same fate.

Self-driving cars could replace them as well and in the long run could be safer and cheaper for companies to operate. For more jobs on the short list to automation, check out the original article now.

Never too late to consider a career change, especially if you don’t have a choice.
