How To Get Your Groove Back After The Holiday Slump

by | Jan 18, 2019

[xyz-ips snippet=”post-thumb-url”]It might be the mid-January, but some people are stuck in the holiday slump.

For a lot of us the last few months provided plenty of time off. Some people save their vacation and take the last month of the year off, some have two weeks off and others just take the holidays.

Whatever your workload, almost everyone has trouble jumping back into the swing of things. Now MSN Money has a few ideas on making the transition from pajamas to business casual a little easier.

For example, ease back in and take breaks. Don’t give yourself crazy deadlines and avoid overloading your schedule. Take some time to organize anything that might have piled up over your time off such as emails and paperwork.

Now that you’re back at work set clear priorities for yourself. Identify the things you need to do in the next few weeks by importance and factor them into your schedule.

And finally, keep your social calendar light. Take some time for yourself and start planning. The holiday season will be back before you know it.
