[xyz-ips snippet=”post-thumb-url”]One of your childhood toys could make your adult self a little extra cash.

Do you remember Beanie Babies? The line of stuffed animals created by Ty Warner was released in the late 90s and quickly became a fad with collectors.

If you believed the hype that they were special, chances are you kept the tag safely inside it’s little plastic case. Now here’s the good news; some of those Beanie Babies could be worth thousands of dollars, but only if your mom didn’t throw them out after you left home.

According to experts, twenty of the animals are worth more than the rest of the bunch, these are ones that were either limited edition or harder to come by.

For example Large Wallace and his friends. This was a set of three Beanie Babies that included a large and two regular sized toys. Together and in good condition the set could fetch you at least $680,000. To see if you’re sitting on a few extra bucks, check out the full article now.

And go search your closet.
