[xyz-ips snippet=”post-thumb-url”]Want to become a fan favorite around the office? It has nothing to do with filling coffee orders.

To help you win over co-workers the job resource site Ladders.com has put together a list of eleven steps that give you a fighting chance. For example, and this one seems obvious, do your job well. Another idea, engage with colleagues in and out of the office. It’s one thing to talk about your weekend near the coffee machine but make time to grab lunch or hit up happy hour. Having deeper conversations and getting to know people outside the office can make a difference in your relationship.

If someone asks for feedback give them constructive criticism to help them do a better job, not just generic comments.
