The budget and whom you’re going to invite can be the biggest challenges in planning your special day… mainly because they go hand in hand. More people means more money since they’ll need a place to sit, food to eat and wine to drink.
So once you’ve made your cut and sent out your invitations, you anxiously wait for the rsvp’s. Only some never make it. One couple, now going viral, is making sure they won’t have any surprises come wedding day. Their invitation has a spot for you to decline, a spot for you to accept and fine print that says if you do not RSVP by a certain date; please bring a chair and a sandwich.
People online, especially anyone who’s been married, are applauding the move. This makes it clear to anyone who doesn’t rsvp they are on their own if they don’t meet the deadline. And it does away with last minute additions that can drive up your bottom line.
Plus, makes saying no a lot easier.
