Everyone likes a good job perk, but these days employers need to think outside the box.

A lot of companies offer flexible hours, competitive salaries, maybe even unlimited time-off, so how do you get people to pick your company over everyone else?

To help you realize what else is out there, MSN Money put together a list of the eleven most amazing benefits employees say are worth it. This includes free ice cream or other products. Working for a brand you love makes going to work easy, but it also means going home with a few extra items.

Some companies that do this include; Ben & Jerry’s, Fandango and Zappos. Then there’s employers that offer free paw-ternity leave. This means taking paid time-off to care for a new pet. This can mean taking it to the vet, training it or getting it used to its new home. Some companies even offer pet insurance to make sure every family member, four-legged or otherwise, is covered.
