You might finally have a job offer, but that doesn’t mean you should say yes.

Millions of people are out of work, and in most cases, not by choice. But whether you’re looking for the next best thing or trying to pay bills, be a bit picky. Not every job is right for you. While you might want to jump at the chance, take time to read the fine print.

According to MSN Money, there are 11 tips to evaluate what’s on the table.

First, know your value. If you’ve been searching for awhile, any dollar value will sound amazing. But remember, not all companies pay the same for similar job titles. So do research, network, find out if it’s a reasonable number.

Beyond that, what happens in the future. Are there cost of living increases? What kind of raises are offered?

Next, don’t forget there’s more to a job than the salary. What’s the vacation package like? Are the benefits acceptable? For more tips to consider, go to MSN.com

Sometimes you have to think before you leap.
