Smart Interview Questions: What To Ask To Score The Job

by | May 18, 2019

[xyz-ips snippet=”post-thumb-url”]Instead of worrying about questions they ask you in a job interview, worry about what to ask them.

According to the job resource site Ladders.com, one of the biggest mistakes you can make in a job interview is to not ask a question. Experts say this is the fastest way to become forgettable.

To help you out the site has put together a list of questions you should ask to set you apart from the pack. For example, ask why they decided to join the company. If they say it’s because of the number of vacation days or type of benefits you might want to reconsider.

But if they say it’s because of the integrity of the brand or how much they enjoy the team you might be working for a winner. Or ask what they expect someone to accomplish in their first few months; this lets them know you’re ready to get started.

For more questions that should come from you, check out the original article now. Because asking questions may get you the answer you want. You’re hired.
