You might be in desperate search for a job, but don’t ignore the red flags. I’m Brian Banmiller on Business.

According to Bankrate’s August job seekers survey more than half of all Americans plan to look for a new job in the next twelve weeks. And there’s plenty of openings to go around. But that doesn’t mean you should say yes to every offer. According to fast company there are a number of red flags that mean you should say thanks but no thanks to the company making the offer. For example, a long-decision making process. If the company took more than thirty days to make an offer, reconsider saying yes. Especially if it didn’t offer a good reason for the delay. This could be a sign of a lack of leadership or other internal issues. Or revolving doors.
