Jobs are changing, robots are your co-workers and a pocket-sized gadget connects you to the world; so how do you keep up?

According to Forbes, there are ten job skills every company will be looking for in 2020. So, if you’re new to the job market or looking for a change add these key phrases to your resume.

One example: data literacy. Data has become very important to every company out there. But to turn that data into profit companies need to have people who understand those numbers and what they mean.

Another talent to acquire, emotional intelligence. Seems straightforward, but not everyone has mastered it. Co-workers need to be aware of, and able to control their emotions and the emotions of others. At least until all your coworkers are robots.
