Most companies offer various benefits, but there are a few more you should add to your wish list.

Health insurance, vacation and sick days are pretty standard offerings when searching for a job. But according to MSN Money, there are other perks you should ask for. And if you can convince the company it benefits the bottom line, it’s a win for everyone.

So, what should be on your list? For one, enhanced mental and emotional health programs including yoga and mediation sessions. At a time when workers are dealing with a lot more pressures, it can keep them productive while reducing stress.

Another perk—tuition assistance. It can increase your education and you will advance faster and further in your career. And if you can convince your company to foot the bill, that’s even better.

Plus, it pays off for the company. According to a recent LinkedIn report, 94% of employees say they would stay at a company that invested in their development. For more benefits you should ask for, go to msn.com

It never hurts to ask.
