For example, know when to book flights. You can save about twelve percent if you buy Thanksgiving tickets early in September and nineteen percent if you shop for Christmas around the same time. Experts say as long as you book before Halloween, there’s a good chance you can avoid high prices.
If you’re heading on vacation, consider off-season destinations. Check out Las Vegas, San Diego or Hawaii during the winter months.
