A happy boss is a lot more likely to make your day enjoyable, help you get promoted or give you a raise. So how do you tell if you’re someone who puts a smile on their face?

According to MSN Money, there are a few signs that your job could be in jeopardy. For example, your boss stops offering feedback or starts cutting conversations short and canceling meetings. If they stop investing time in you, that is another cause for concern.

If this happens you need to go on the offensive. Schedule a one-on-one meeting and come in with things you have accomplished and where you need support. This shows you’re working hard and open to feedback.
