[xyz-ips snippet=”post-thumb-url”]Free food and gym memberships; just some of the perks companies use to lure people in. And it’s only getting better.

MSN Money reached out to career coaches for insight on what companies will be offering employees ten years from now. And they’re going to put your ping pong tables and take your dog to work days to shame. Here’s what you have to look forward to…

A cheaper commute. According to the CEO of a hiring platform, in the race for self-driving cars employees will be the real winners. He says several companies will own a fleet and offer it up to workers. This will take away the frustration of driving which is something that bothers millions of commuters every day.

Another job perk on the horizon? A new “wellness” plan. Over the next ten years companies will encourage employees to work a little more “me time” into their schedule. Workers can choose what they want to do and have employers pay for it.
