Grocery Workers and COVID: Tips From The Inside

There are some people still leaving their homes and going to work everyday… and they aren’t doing it for themselves.

First responders, nurses, doctors and grocery store workers are just some people doing what they can to keep people alive and well. But not everyone appreciates their efforts, so one grocery store manager took his thoughts to social media in the hope they will spread.

In the post, he explains that he manages a grocery store and there are a few things customers should know. That includes if it’s not on the shelf, it’s not hiding in the back and milk, eggs and meat are the first things to run out.

Then he goes on to talk about what he calls the important stuff. In that part of the post he talks about how his team is tired from working long hours and constantly re-stocking the shelves. He explains how they are exposed to germs but continue to come to work and are trying to keep themselves safe.

He ends by reminding people that sometimes a simple thank you goes a long way.
