Camping with an Incentive

Everyone needs time to unplug, especially with a cash perk.

A Salt Lake City company is giving people the chance to put down the remote and get outside.

It’s called a Digital Detox and requires people to spend two days inside an RV completely cut off from technology. If you can survive without tech, it means $1000 in your pocket.

The company says considering how much time people spent online this past year, it’s time to get some fresh air. The company is called Satellite Internet and you can enter by going to their website. One winner will be selected and can choose a US national park to spend the weekend. The company will not provide the RV, but it will reimburse your rental costs.

At the end of the two days, the company will get you back online so you can share your experience with the world.

To apply, you must be eligible to work in the US, be at least 25 years-old and be able to drive legally in any state you’ll  be traveling through. And–you should like to camp.
