Businesses are reopening, but there might be a few you should consider closed a bit longer.
Recently researchers at MIT looked at twenty-six categories of businesses and analyzed items such as necessity and how crowded they could become. From that data they determined which businesses are essential and safe and which you should avoid altogether.
The magazine Fast Company put that list together, calling them businesses that give us the most bang for our buck. Or in this case, businesses worth risking your health for.
Some that you should be okay taking a trip to include: banks and dentists. Places that are important and crowd-free even when we are not in the midst of a pandemic.
Some that you should skip because they are definitely not worth the risk include gyms, sportings goods stores and liquor stores. Also on that list are cafes, juice bars and dessert parlour which had the third highest risk of all twenty-six categories.
