Villanova University is on the hunt for another championship, on and off the court.
Jay Wright is head coach of the men’s basketball team at Villanova University. He says what makes a successful team on the court or in the corner office is a strong foundation.
We’re looking for those kids who come from great families, they have great character they want their sons to be educated, they want their sons to grow up to be men that live for others and that think of others and want to be great players.”
Wright is also the author of “Attitude” a book about their championship season.
We’ve been contacted by a lot of businesses since we’ve written the book to come out and speak to them about a lot of the core values that are expressed in the book that we want our guys on the basketball court to play hard and play together and play smart and with pride. But more importantly we want them to live with great enthusiasm thinking about others being a part of something bigger than themselves.”
