Over the past few weeks restrictions have lifted, more people are vaccinated and states are reopening. Suddenly people aren’t talking about surviving a pandemic but celebrating coming back to life. With this rebirth, what is the job market going to look like over the next few months? According to Forbes there are a few things to think about. For example, the summer slowdown. Once summer starts, hiring stops. This is because people are taking vacations, the hiring manager is away and it becomes impossible to get things done, and with so many people stuck indoors for so long, even more are likely to go out and about. Something else to consider, companies haven’t adjusted to the new job market. They don’t understand that the economy is doing well and the job market is heating up.
