Here’s the good news: these bad habits can be broken. For example, you might work hard but do not take good care of yourself. So find time to relax, whether it’s watching a movie, exercising or doing some meditation. This will refuel you and make you ready to take on each day.

Or maybe you’re settling for a job that you like but don’t love. In the beginning of your career saying yes to everything works in your favor. However, once you’re established, being the yes person can hurt. Just because you can do the job, doesn’t mean you should, especially if you’re not into it.
