There are many resources available to help you ace your next job interview. Unfortunately, many people don’t utilize them. That’s why according to Ladders.com, it’s easy to spot someone who has done their research and prepared for the interview. So they put together a list of five things smart people do during a job interview.
For example, always ask meaningful questions. This tells the hiring manager you did your research on the company and you are invested in the opportunity. Always ask a question or two before you leave and avoid the phrase “no, I think you’ve answered all my questions.”
Another idea is to talk about achievements. Don’t just list off the things you know, instead, describe how you used what you know to accomplish something and get the job done.
