5 Warning Signs To Look For With Any New Job Offer

[xyz-ips snippet=”post-thumb-url”]When your current job has you searching for the exit, any job offer seems like a good one. But that’s not always the case.

Whether it’s money, no room for growth, or a toxic environment, most people know when it’s time to leave their job. But that shouldn’t come shortly after accepting the offer. So how do you know if you should sign on the bottom line?

According to Forbes there are five warning signs to watch out for in the offer. By example, the responsibilities don’t excite you. If you’re currently holding a job because you’re bored and the work isn’t challenging don’t accept something that makes you feel the same way. If you aren’t excited, or even nervous about your new challenges then move on.

Another warning sign: the responsibilities are vague. If the potential new company doesn’t have a clear idea of what your job is, thank them and move on.
