You aced the interview, accepted the offer and now it’s the first day of your gig. So how do you make sure you’re invited back for day two?

According to the job resource site Ladders.com, there are 13 things you can do during the first three months to guarantee an extended stay. For example:

2. Find a way to solve problems on your team or among your fellow employees. As the new person on the job you bring fresh eyes to the situation. You might notice a problem others don’t or have experience with a different way to get things done, so don’t be afraid to speak up.
