According to research from The Conference Board, 52% of Americans say they are unhappy at work. For some it’s every day, for others it’s when things aren’t going their way, but that doesn’t mean it’s time to hand in your notice. So when is it enough? According to MSN Money, there are 10 sure signs that you should pack up your desk, hit the door and never look back.
For example, you’re overwhelmingly bored. If you find yourself feeling bored and restless everyday it might be a sign that you’ve outgrown your role and need a new challenge.
Or maybe you’re underappreciated. If you are never acknowledged or thanked for your hard work it’s a sign your manager or company is taking advantage of you, something that is only going to get worse over time.
