Holiday shopping is underway and there are a few things to watch out for.

Black Friday just kicked off this year’s shopping frenzy but before you cross anything off your list beware of what you’re buying. The consumer watchdog group World Against Toys Causing Harm has issued their list of the season’s most dangerous toys. And this year it includes things that can puncture, strangle or electrocute users.

The group’s president says over the past year there have been about 28 toy recalls. The group has been producing the list since 1973 and the toys in question can be found in leading retailers as well as small specialty stores.

This year’s list includes the “Fold and Go Trampoline.” A trampoline that comes with a warning label that says the toy should only be used for controlled bouncing. A warning the group says is won’t protect consumers since most young children aren’t known for curbing their enthusiasm. For more toys you might want to cross off your list just keep reading.
